The United States Congress is responsible for crafting our nation’s laws, and is the Legislative Branch of the federal government. Dozens of new legislative proposals are introduced each day when the House of Representatives is in session, and the chamber’s committees hold hearings on issues facing the country to determine if legislation is needed. This process allows each Congressional Representative to bring the concerns of their constituents to the attention of fellow lawmakers.
Please contact my offices to share your thoughts on legislation pending in Congress. I look forward to hearing how federal policies affect you, your family, and your community.
